Lucas Mack works with people who are looking for healing, forgiveness, rest, balance, purpose and peace in their lives by reconnecting them to an understanding of the true definition of love and the power it brings, by giving them personal empowerment, a clear vision, purposeful direction and an ability to give back.

Growing up in an abusive home where fear and confusion ruled his life, he’s been able to break the cycle and find true healing. He learned that love gives truth permission to come forth resulting in personal freedom, and the reason we aren’t free is because we don’t know what true love is.

He leads people to experience change in themselves in order for them to impact the world, through spiritual reconnection, personal healing, and legacy building.

His professional career has also been a journey. Turning a $10K investment into a $1MM+ creative agency, Lucas has worked for clients like Microsoft, T-Mobile, MOD Pizza and more. His passion for inspiring

people to build deeper relationships with those around them is reflected in his writing, speaking, and coaching. Integrative Holistic Medicine

Beginning in the 1980’s, it became very clear to me that what I loved most about medicine was the opportunity to help people understand why they don’t feel as healthy as they could and assist them on their path to optimal health.  My goal for every patient, using a scientific approach, is to discover what factors are causing their symptoms and outline a plan to correct those imbalances.

Did you ever feel like you were just swept through a medical office and came out with a prescription but no one really understood you along the way?  After 25 years, I know the best health care comes from having a personal, supportive relationship with a Physician who knows you well and has the time to listen.  The type of person I am, and my office model, allows and fosters this type of relationship and medical practice.

I am the third of four children born and raised in a very loving family in Kansas City. I fell in love with Colorado and the mountains when I first learned to ski in seventh grade. Attending Regis University in Denver provided more years of Colorado life. My medical career brought me back

to the Midwest, and my life was forever changed when on my first day of residency in LaCrosse, Wisconsin I met my wife, Dr. Nancy Peltola.  After 27 years in the Wisconsin and Minnesota areas, adding three happy and healthy children to our family, and some world travel, we were able to move to Fort Collins in the summer of 2011.  The entire family is thrilled to be here and to be a part of this wonderful community.

first child as a “pre-med” and was the first woman with a child to be accepted to Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons medical school in NYC. Dietitian Nutritionist, Speaker

I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2001. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University in 2000 and completed my post-graduate work, including my dietetic internship, through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ. In 2015, I earned a Certificate of Training in Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy (IFMNT).

I own a busy private practice in Fort Collins Colorado where I practice integrative and functional nutrition. Specializing in digestive disorders, endocrine imbalances, and autoimmune disease, I also work with a variety of other conditions, such as detoxification, blood sugar dysregulation, behavioral conditions, disordered eating, and weight management.

I love teaching a do a lot of community education such as speaking at local schools and offering nutrition classes for the community. My passion is helping other humans live their best life through optimal health!

Speaker, Coach

I was born in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England; a small town where, believe it or not, the main industry was building nuclear submarines. It felt like most people around me followed the same trajectory: graduate, work for the submarine industry, and live the rest of their lives in their hometown. I never felt as though I fit into that mold, and instead of working on undersea watercraft I found myself flitting around the surface making a living teaching people to windsurf around Europe. I eventually transitioned to a job as a personal trainer on a cruise ship. In these professions I found my passion for transforming lives. It didn’t matter if I only had an hour, a day, a week to make an impact on someone, whether it was to teach them to stand on a shortboard or to change their outlook on their health for the rest of their lives.

My turning point into developing as a speaker and coach was the day I listened to my first Tony Robbins CD. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the things I heard helped to transform my life. Soon after my wife told me she had hired me a coach, but I wasn’t so sure about taking it to that level. I was reluctant, skeptical, suspicious; you name it.

I could not have been more wrong. Coaching changed my marriage, my health, and my business; but more importantly it changed me. It was clear what I wanted to do. I had found my calling in coaching. I took a bold step and quit my job working for a chiropractor to start my coaching practice. I went on to work for Tony Robbins as one of his coaches where I did over 6,000 one-on-one sessions, and more recently partnered with John Maxwell. I am blessed to have had two of the top coaches in the world as mentors. I’ve used both of their differing styles along with thousands of hours of my training, coaching, and business experience to fully develop my own personal brand of coaching.

Since then, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, Toyota, World Omni, JM Family to name a few and on every level from CEO’s to teams to the individual. I’ve worked with billion-dollar firms and leaders anywhere from Australia, New Zealand, Africa, India, China, Europe, to Canada, Mexico, and USA. I’ve found myself connecting with people from every corner of this planet, and in every place, they want the same thing: everyone wants to maximize their productivity; everyone wants to set goals they’re a little afraid of and knock them out of the park; everyone wants an opportunity to live out their dreams.

Simply put, we cannot grow business; unless we grow people. And that’s where I come in. I look forward to helping YOU and your team knock it out of the park!
